Kids Gracie Jiu Jitsu

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program is ideal for those interested in learning how to avoid being taken down and understanding what to do if the fight goes to the ground. Martial Arts on the Go (Capital MMA Fairfax) is a self-defense focused Jiu Jitsu school and will prepare your child to be able to defend themselves physically, and mentally. Students will learn not just the physical aspect of martial art, but also the mental aspects. Classes are built to develop confidence, courage, perseverance, discipline, and respect for self and others – all through the discipline and training of martial arts.

This program is ideal for someone that wants to learn effective self-defense and is comfortable spending most of their class time on the ground grappling. Our program is fun, safe and effective. People from all walks of life take our Gracie martial arts classes. Our students include kids, men and women interested in learning martial arts for self-defense, those interested in Sport Jiu-Jitsu, MMA competitors, Special Forces and Law Enforcement personnel.

Classes are taught by Coach Dante, a Royce Gracie Black Belt with direct lineage to Royce Gracie. Coach Dante has been training Jiu Jitsu for over 20 years and has 25 years’ experience in teaching multiple forms of martial arts.
